Description

Tube:
White colour, non-toxic, smooth, synthetic rubber (to Italian Legislation D.M. 21-3-1973 and to the relevant directive).
Reinforcement:
Synthetic textile yarns.
Cover:
Blue (WB), smooth oils, grease, abrasion and weather-resistant, synthetic rubber.

Applications

Manufactured with taste and odour-free rubber, is recommended for delivery of all foodstuffs containing animal or vegetable fats and oils as well as beverages such as milk, mineral water, fruit juices, wine and liqueurs (corresponding to the simulators A, B, C, D of D.M. of 26-4-93). Also suitable for washdown in food-processing plants such as dairies and abbattoirs, with hot water and detergents.

From 30 up to 100m depending on diameters.

Packing

All hose coils are wrapped in polythene film.

Tolerances

Tolerance according to ISO 1307/92.
On inside diameter:
Up to and including inside diameter 5mm ± 0.60 mm
For I.D. 5.1 up to 20 mm ± mm 0.80mm
From I.D. 20.1 up to 25mm ± 1.20mm
For bigger I.D. ± 1.60mm
Length tolerance: ± 1%

Temperature Range

Working temperature:-20°C (+4°F) to + 95°C (+203°F)

Cleaning

Can be washed and sterilised with usual detergents or steam cleaned to a maximum temperature of 120°C (+248°F) for short periods.

Recommendations

The hose must be left empty after use.
