Description

Tube:
Black, smooth NBR rubber, resistant to aviation gasoline and jet fuels having an aromatic content up to 40%
Reinforcement:
Synthetic textile fabrics.
Cover:
Black, CR rubber resistant to mineral oil, fuels, abrasion, ozone and weathering. Non-electrically bonded, but incorporating an antistatic cover compound (R between 103 and 106 Q/m).

Applications

Designed for the gound refuelling of aircraft conforming to EN 1361 type C.

Working Temperature

Working temperature: -40°C (-40°F) to +70°C (+158°F).

Standard Lengths

Maximum lengths:
Up to and including inside diameter 102mm 40m.

Packing

All hose coils are wrapped in polythene film.

Tolerances

According to EN 1361
On inside diameter:
Up to and including inside diameter 38mm ± 0.80 mm
From I.D. 50mm to I.D. 76mm ± 1.20mm
For bigger I.D. ± 1.60mm
Length tolerance: ± 1%


Certification

A test certificate for each hose can be supplied on request.
